1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bugstream.com.ua and related services (“Platform”), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with BUGSTREAM (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Our Services

BUGSTREAM provides a platform that enables companies (“Clients”) to host vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty programs (“Programs”), while independent security researchers (“Researchers”) can identify and responsibly report vulnerabilities in exchange for monetary rewards (“Rewards”). We act as an intermediary, managing report triage, communications, and financial settlements.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To fully use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Code of Conduct

All users must follow the “Researcher Guidelines” published on a dedicated page. Any violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, as well as forfeiture of rewards.

Clients are required to clearly define the scope of testing and review valid reports submitted through the Platform in a timely and fair manner.

5. Rewards and Fees

5.1. Rewards for vulnerabilities are determined by the Client, based on the severity and impact of the finding.

5.2. BUGSTREAM charges a service fee from each payout to cover triage, support, and platform maintenance. The commission rate is available in your dashboard.

5.3. Payments are processed via supported payment systems once the Client confirms remediation of the vulnerability. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

6. Confidentiality

All information regarding discovered vulnerabilities must remain strictly confidential until public disclosure is authorized by both the Client and BUGSTREAM. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy..

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” BUGSTREAM assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use—or inability to use—the Platform. We do not guarantee that every reported vulnerability will be accepted or rewarded by Clients.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or the “Researcher Guidelines”. You may also discontinue using the Platform at any time.
